Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DataPlaneLabs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website dataplanelabs.com (the "Site"). We keep this short because we collect very little.
1. What we collect
The Site is a static marketing website and does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
- When you book a call — scheduling is handled by Calendly. Any details you enter (name, email, meeting preferences) are processed by Calendly under their privacy policy.
- When you email us — if you contact hello@dataplanelabs.com, we receive your email address and message.
2. How we use it
Solely to respond to you, schedule and conduct requested calls, and follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent personal information.
3. Third-party services
The booking widget loads from Calendly. Web fonts are self-hosted. No advertising or analytics networks are embedded on the Site.
4. Data retention
We keep correspondence and scheduling records only as long as needed for the relationship or as required by law, then delete them.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have shared with us by emailing hello@dataplanelabs.com. Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional rights, which we honor.
6. Security
Information you send us is transmitted over encrypted connections. For details on how we secure customer deployments, contact us directly.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
