• When you book a call — scheduling is handled by Calendly. Any details you enter (name, email, meeting preferences) are processed by Calendly under their privacy policy.
• When you email us — if you contact hello@dataplanelabs.com, we receive your email address and message.

Solely to respond to you, schedule and conduct requested calls, and follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Third-party services

The booking widget loads from Calendly. Web fonts are self-hosted. No advertising or analytics networks are embedded on the Site.

We keep correspondence and scheduling records only as long as needed for the relationship or as required by law, then delete them.
